Does Staring At A Screen All Day Ruin Your Eyesight?
This is something we are told constantly as we grow up, whether it be in regards to the television, computer or phone.
We are told that staring at screens is bad for your vision.

Contrary to popular belief, this is not true.

There is no medical evidence showing that screen time can affect your vision or cause permanent damage.
However, please take this into consideration.
Your eyes are muscles, and just like all other muscles, they do need a break from time to time.

We recommend a good way to give your eyes the rest it needs is to have a small break for every 20-30 minutes of screen time.
Although there is no permanent damage caused from large periods of time in front of a screen, it is likely that you will feel discomfort as a result such as the following:
 - Dry Eyes
 - Eyestrain
 - Headache
 - Difficulty Focusing
